Backyard Persimmon Cake

I don’t know about you but I absolutely love persimmons. In fact, I grow them in my backyard when the weather cooperates. They are great for making cakes, jams, fruit rolls, and everything in between. In this video, I show you how I made a yummy cake with backyard persimmons. I used baking soda, milk, eggs, and other simple ingredients to prepare the cake. I let it all sit in the oven for 50 minutes at 350F.
