I use them from time to time to prepare delicious recipes for my channel. In this video, I show you how I used my backyard persimmons to make shrimp rice with persimmon leather, barberries, and raisins.
For this recipe, I used cooked shrimp with plenty of seasoning, rice, and potatoes. I used an Excalibur dehydrator make persimmon leather.
