Rice Crust Pizza in Bear 11.8-inch Griddle

The Bear 11.8-inch Griddle is one of my favorite cooking appliances. It is a bit larger than the Dash Express Griddle, so you can make delicious pizzas, crepes, paninis, and other meals in it. In this video, I show you how I used it to make a pizza with a rice crust. It made this with 2 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of parmesan, 1 egg, and garlic powder (1tbs). For topping, I used 2tbs dried dill, 2tbs chopped parsley, 1.5 cups of mozzarella, 1 cup of cooked red bean, garlic powder, seasoning.
