Backyard Okra Chicken Stew (Khoresh Bamieh)

I don’t know about you but I love growing my own food. I grow persimmons, okra, cucumbers, tomatoes, and apples in my backyard. Khoresht Bamieh is one of my favorite Persian dishes. In this video, you can see how I made a delicious okra stew with chicken and potatoes using what I grew in my backyard.

I used chicken meat, onions, minced garlic, sumac, chunky salsa, and plenty of seasoning to make this. I used a Ninja Foodie Multicooker to cook the ingredients.
