Ash-e Goje Farangi is a pretty popular Persian soup that is especially great this time of the year as the weather gets colder. It is not that difficult to make either. You can make it with tomatoes, onions, oats, and meat. I used half a pound of chicken, one coup of oats, 3 tomatoes, a big onion, pepper, garlic, and seasoning to make this.
You can use this with a piece of bread or on its own. Either way, it tastes delicious!
