It has 20 trays that you can use to dry fruits, vegetables, and everything in between. It also comes with an adjustable 0-24H timer.

Each tray measures 14.96 x 15.75” and can handle 6.6lbs of load. This food dehydrator is 1500w rated. The drying temperature range is 86 to 194F.
