Weston Manual Jerky Slicer

In the past few years, we have covered plenty of food dehydrators and smokers for making great beef jerky. The Weston Manual Jerky Slicer lets you prepare your jerky meat with less effort. It has 32 stainless steel blades to cut meat in up to 15 x 1/4″ thick strips. It has stainless steel combs to prevent jamming.

This jerky slicer has 2 pieces for easy disassembly. It can clamp to counters up to 2″ thick.
