Here is a frying pot ready for Japanese Style deep frying. The Tempura Deep Fryer is made of carbon steel and has an oil thermometer. It can fry fish, chicken wings, potato chips, shrimps, and everything in between.
This pot has a removable oil filter rack. Its top section can be removed for easy washing and draining.
