Tahdig Crispy Rice in a Deep Dish Pizza Oven

Tahdig is quite common with Persian dishes. You don’t need a fancy rice cooker to make it either. In this video, I show you how I made tahdig in a deep dish pizza oven. I used a 2 cups of cooked rice, 1 egg, 1tb of Greek yogurt, liquid saffron, and half teaspoon of cardamom powder.
