The Presto Stuffler is one of my favorite cookers. It can be used to make 5-inch stuffed waffles that are 2 inches deep. It is specially great for keto chaffles. In this video, I cover how I made stuffed chicken chaffles with 2tb almond flour, egg whites, one cup of Parmesan cheese, 0.5 tbsp unflavored gelatin, chicken breast, onions, and baking powder.
You can always adjust the ingredients to lower the carbs even further.
