Rice Cake with Buttermilk, Mozzarella & Saffron

In the past few years, we have covered plenty of fun rice recipes here. In the below video, I show you how to make a rice cake with saffron and mozzarella. I also used eggs, buttermilk, sour cream, and olive oil. You can use any standard rice cooker to prepare the rice. Any cake mold can be used to make these.

These rice cakes go well with tomatoes, potatoes, chicken, and meat in general.
