Jackfruit is a nice addition to dishes that usually require ground or puled meat as it has a stringy texture. For instance, you can serve it with rice. In this video, I show you how I made spicy rice with jackfruit. I simply fried the ingredients, added jackfruit, and after 20 minutes I added the cooked rice, and the meal was ready.
