I don’t know about you but I love all kinds of meatballs, including chicken meatballs. In this video, I show you how I made jumbo chicken meatballs with 1lb of ground chicken breast, 2 eggs, 1 cup of oat, half of chickpea can, 3tb steamed spinach, 4tb of shredded green onion, chicken flavor salt, garlic powder, and red hot pepper.
