Meet the Ooni Karu: a portable wood-fired pizza oven that reaches 932F and cooks pizza in 60 seconds. This wood & charcoal-fired oven is ready to cook in 15 minutes. It has folding steel legs and a 0.6″ removable cordierite baking stone. The air vent is also fully adjustable for heat control.
The Ooni Karu weighs just over 26 pounds. Simply fold up the legs and twist off the detachable chimney to stow it inside the oven body. Expected to ship in March.
