Making your own beef jerky and dried fruit snacks is easy when you have a decent dehydrator. The Nesco Food Dehydrator & Jerky Maker can do both. In this video, I use it to make banana snacks to use with ChocZero. I used:
- 4lbs ripe bananas
- 1tb baking cocoa
- 1ts cinnamon powder
- 1ts cardamom
You can use the same approach for other fruits.
