In the past few months, I have been trying to go with low carb alternatives for baking and cooking. Lupin and Hemp flour are well worth a shot. As I show in this video, you can make delicious cakes with them without having to worry about too many carbs. I used an Elite Cuisine ECM-2919 Maxi-Matic Bundt Cake maker to prepare this. I added nuts on top.
