I don’t know about you but I absolutely love buckwheat. It goes well with beef, chicken and everything in between. In this video, I show you how to make a ground beef fried buckwheat meal. I used 1lb of ground beef, 1.5 cups of buckwheat, 3 cups of water, 1 cup of green onion, sweet peppers, 2 potatoes, carrots, mushroom, corn, and plenty of seasoning.
I soaked my buckwheat for 2 hours before frying it with olive oil for 10 minutes. You can see the whole recipe here.
