Here is another fun lunch idea. These Steak Puff Pockets were made with puff pastry dough in addition to tomatoes, green onions, and mozzarella and a few other ingredients. I simply cooked and fried think steak, laid them ingredients over puff pastry dough and cooked everything in my over for 25 minutes at 350F. In the below video, you can see how this was done:

For this particular recipe, I didn’t use any fancy tools. I simply laid the dough, added the ingredients, and the rest was easy.
