Cranberry Persimmon Walnut Holiday Cake

Many of us are guilty of going overboard with food and sweets during the holiday season. Nutty cakes are especially fun to make and don’t take a whole lot of time to do so either. In this video, I show how I made a cranberry persimmon walnut holiday cake. I used cake mix, 5 eggs, 1 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of walnuts, half a cup of dried cranberries, raisins, 3 ripe persimmons, and half a can of jellied cranberries.
