Chelo Kebab is pretty popular in my native country. It is a dish with rice, meat, and grilled tomatoes. You can add butter, onions, and other ingredients. For this dish, I used sliced and ground meat, scallions, tomatoes, rice, and seasoning. I used a Cuisinart Griddler Grill and Dash mini Rice Cooker.
