We Persians love all kinds of Khoreshts (stew dishes). While they are delicious, they do take a bit of time to make. In this video, I show you how I made Black-eyed Peas Meat Khoresht with 1 pound of cooked meat, 100 grams of black eyed peas, 150 grams of spinach, 100 grams of chopped parsley, and 300 grams of chives. I also used 2tb of fried garlic, 3tbs of fried onions, 1tb lime juice, 2 cups of beef broth, tomato, salt, and black pepper.
These types of stews do require a lot of ingredients but most of them are super healthy. You can always swap out beef with other types of meat and use less salt.
