Meet the All American 921B Pressure Canner: a 21.5-quart pressure cooker with enough space for 7 standard mouth pint jars and 4 standard regular mouth quart jars. It is made of hand-cast aluminum. It has a phenolic top handle and metal to metal sealing system, so there are not gaskets to break.
