Adasi is one of my favorite Persian soups. It is great as breakfast but you can have it any time of the day. Best of all, you can make it pretty quickly. For my adasi, I used one cup of quick oats, 4 onions, 2 garlic cloves (sliced), hot red pepper powder, green peppers, cinnamon, salt seasoning and beef stock. You can make this in about 30 minutes.
