Adasi is one of my favorite Persian meals. It is a lentil soup that you can have for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You don’t need to spend all day to make it either. In this video, I show you how I got it done in 20 minutes. I used:

â–  2 cups of washed lentil
â–  1 cup of quick oats
â–  chicken broth
â–  4tbs fried onion
â–  1tb cinnamon powder
â–  1ts curry powder
vinegar, potato, beef flavor seasoning
